Installation & Service Support Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Installation & Service Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in the backbone of our After Sales team — ensuring that our installation and service activities for major retail partners (like Lidl and Aldi) run seamlessly. Your role will focus on supporting internal teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for installation and service-related requests.
• Coordinate and manage incoming requests from customers and internal teams.
• Support retrofit, refit, maintenance, and service activities.
• Be the dedicated after-sales contact for key accounts in the hard discounter sector.
• Manage and process subcontractor documentation and invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Projects, Spare Parts, etc.).
• Prepare detailed reports and service documentation for invoicing.

 

What We’re Looking For

• University or college degree in a relevant field
• We value proactivity and the ability to learn fast!
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• A proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude
