Project Overview

Asset Discovery & Management is a global solution that enables detection of devices in the client's network, correlated with additional data sources and presented in GSN Workspace for review, enrichment, and record creation in GSN CMDB & IT HAM (hardware asset management module).

The consultant will provide support in the following areas:

• Analyze new requirements and break them down into manageable parts
• Engage with customers to gather and understand their requirements effectively
• Prepare draft process documentation and business requirements documents based on customer needs
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• Track actions and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion and accountability
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making
