Sr. Business Development Analyst - Full Time - Days - Onsite

Job Summary:

Supports the business development department’s day to day activity including new business analysis and research as well as market analysis and research. Conducts research to enable the department to present accurate and appropriate new business recommendations. Develops market intelligence, pro formats and business plans. Oversees project operations and assists in operational re-alignment to business plans.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• Three years' experience in a healthcare setting: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Conducts new business analysis and research as well as market analysis and research. Tracks department workload, project queues, and priorities.
• Implements new business projects with a focus on ensuring accuracy to plan, follow up, and pass to appropriate operational management. Reviews recent project operations and assists in operational realignment to business plans.
• Collects the data necessary and to create business plans and financial pro formats. Develops market intelligence through market and industry research. Utilizes the market intelligence to develop pro formats and business plans.
• Presents projects for capital investment at the local and corporate level.
• Communicates with business partners, collaborators, and the community in support of new business development projects.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
