Job Summary:
Responsible for leading in high-quality analytical support to drive strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the organization. Oversees the development and delivery of actionable insights related to cost analysis, service line profitability, productivity, utilization trends, budgeting, and forecasting in a healthcare environment.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's degree: Preferred
- Five years' experience in healthcare analytics, finance, or decision support: Preferred
- One year's leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Delivers timely and accurate analysis of financial, clinical, and operational data to support leadership decisions.
- Utilizes and validate cost data to drive decision making for the organization. Collaborates with Finance and Operations on service line profitability, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Supports strategic business cases for growth, service expansion, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. Partners with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to translate data insights into strategic actions.
- Ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis.
- Manages tools and platforms for business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), and data warehouses.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
