JOB PURPOSE  

  • As a lead in the Sanctions Screening Operations Team, it is 50% managing processes and 50% managing people. Process management involves actioning transaction alerts Alert Management and Release Request queue, being responsible for appropriate escalation of case management activities and quality control for your team. People management involves capacity planning, workflow management, managing and reporting the day-to-day performance of the team. 

  • Perform daily feedback to Analysts to uplift their performance 

  • Perform regular one on ones 

  • Manage the Risk from a Sanctions Perspective 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal colleagues as needed 

  • Actively manage daily output for the effective management of queues for a team of 12 Analysts 

  • Plan for team’s performance on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis as per work ware standards 

  • Actively manage performance of individuals 

  • Perform regular 1 on 1’s 

  • Provide daily Quality feedback 

  • Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in either Payments Processing or Trade and Assets would be highly regarded 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment 

  • Strong written and verbal skills 

  • Understanding of Sanctions and Sanctions Standards 

  • Strong written and Verbal skills

  • Strong workware knowledge 

  • Curiosity and Investigation mind set 

  • Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business and preference to post graduate qualifications desirable but not essential
