AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer – CloudFormation & Terraform Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation and Terraform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
• Document infrastructure setups, processes, and configurations.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10-15  years of experience in DevOps roles with a focus on AWS.
• Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation and Terraform for IaC.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
