Warehouse Office Clerk, (Location: Mira Loma)

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Responsible for schedule and confirm truck appointments and check shipping status.
• Assist with processing, verifying, and managing BOL’s, pick ticket and truck inspections.
• Responsible for verifying accuracy of inbound and outbound documentation.
• Support preparing packages for shipments using windows-based shipping systems.
• Support with coordinating documentation for incoming freight to ensure swift movement of cargo.
• Support Customer Service department with systematic data entry, reporting and customer. communication.
• Responsible of entering shipment transactions/warehouse data in warehouse ERP system by following company procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining shipping and receiving records, distributes data or reports summarizing warehouse activities.
• Support with inventory controls as needed and keeping quality standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• Detailed oriented and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferred experience in food manufacturing company, logistics, or transportation.
• Self-starter attitude and are able to work independently, performing well with time-sensitive tasks.
• Detailed and organized while meeting customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and promote a team atmosphere.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred, but not required.
