Java Developer

Software Developer/Analyst that can do software development, analysis and support of home-grown manufacturing data collection application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and support of home-grown applications
• Analyze business requirements from end users and internal customers and recommend appropriate solutions
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Assist in integration and end user testing
• Application maintenance and customer support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with object-oriented programming, especially with java
• Full stack Java programming with knowledge of Java Spring framework. 
• Understanding frond-end technologies like React or Angular is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and databases in general, preferably relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Good communication, organization, time management, team player, and solution-oriented skills 
• Familiar with programming and methodology standards, best practices, naming conventions and code libraries
• Intermediate spoken and written English (B1/B2)
• Experience with software management systems like JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Maven, Git
• Knowledge of UNIX & Linux operating system
• Experience with AI technologies is an advantage
