  1. Provide strategic leadership for distribution training aligned with business goals.
    • Develop annual training priorities to align with agency growth plans and capability needs.
    • Design a training roadmap that supports both partnership and agency expansion, productivity improvement, and leadership pipeline development.
    • Ensure all training programs reinforce Chubb Life’s value proposition and meet compliance standards.
  2. Represent the training function in senior leadership discussions.
    • Collaborate with Sales Head, Sales Leaders and functional heads to identify capability gaps and align training strategies.
    • Present training outcomes, improvement plans, and insights in monthly performance reviews.
    • Use data-driven insights to adjust training interventions for greater impact.
  3. Oversee training governance and SOP standardization.
    • Establish and update standardized training processes, materials, and evaluation methods.
    • Ensure training content meets regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
    • Guide development of training manuals, digital learning assets, and onboarding frameworks.
  4. Collaborate with field leaders to drive training adoption and impact.
    • Partner with Sales Heads and Regional Leaders to ensure high training participation and completion rates.
    • Track and report key training KPIs such as attendance, completion, assessment scores, and post-training performance improvement.
    • Facilitate feedback loops from the field to continuously refine content and delivery.
  5. Integrate field-based coaching/mentoring and development programs.
    • Work with leaders to embed on-the-job coaching, role plays, and field observation as part of training follow-up.
    • Support the development of leaders as trainers and mentors for their teams.
    • Organize annual training-of-trainers sessions to strengthen facilitation skills in the field.
  6. Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness.
    • Conduct post-training evaluations, capability assessments, and impact analysis.
    • Recommend adjustments based on participant feedback, business outcomes, and emerging needs.
    • Ensure learnings from training initiatives are shared across the agency.
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales training, leadership development, or L&D in an agency/distribution environment.
  3. Proven success in designing and delivering training for large-scale agency forces.
  4. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to serve multiple stakeholders and align training with business strategic objectives.
  6. Data-driven approach to measure and improve training impact.
  7. Proficiency in bilingual communication (Vietnamese & English).
