Clerical Assistant at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 40-hour, Day shifts.

Under general supervision the Administrative Specialist II performs a wide variety of secretarial and clerical duties including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, etc., in support of the Hip and Pelvis Institute.

Required Qualifications:

1 year Hospital based clinic, multi-physician practice or hospital scheduling.

Bachelor's Degree Or
Associate's Degree

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
