Your Role – What You Can Expect:

Planning and execution of environmental tests for electrical/electronic (and mechanical) components:

• Performing vibration and shock tests

• Performing temperature and climate tests

• Performing electrical tests

• Performing thermography measurements on electronic components

• Developing test specifications by applying and tailoring international and military standards

• Design of test adapters for vibration tests or support of the design team

• Preparation of test instructions and test reports

• Developing internal test standards

• Diagnosis of electrical and electronic components

• Conducting weak-point analysis and preparation of solutions

• Maintenance and repair of the testing systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering

• Several years of professional experience in development or design

• Knowledge of environmental simulation and vibration theory

• Knowledge of CAD (design) tools, e.g. CREO

• Knowledge of standards

• Workmanship

• Written and spoken English skills

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Independent and self-dependent work
