The Opportunity

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within our housekeeping department as Housekeeping Supervisor (Part time). The successful applicant will have prior supervisory experience in Housekeeping preferably in a large 5-star establishment and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, high standards and commitment to The Tasman service ethics. The position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper.

About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operation
Responsible for training team leaders
Identify training requirements for housekeeping associates
Liaise with front office

About You

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills
High levels of organizational and planning skills
Proven experience building a strong culture
Rigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to details
Integrity and professional
Experience with a variety of hotel systems
Full working rights in Australia
