As our new Regional Sales Managers you’ll lead a high-performing sales and technical team to drive growth, retention, and profitability across your region. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape sales direction, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and technical team.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Projects, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure client margins meet company standards and negotiate improvements where needed.
- Oversee tender submissions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales management or leadership role, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- A strong background in the fire or security industry is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office suite to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- A strategic mindset with deep knowledge of advanced sales processes and client engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verba
