Technical Specialist - Embedded C

Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist in Embedded C, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of high-quality product solutions and sustenance projects. You will lead the technical direction, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance product performance and quality. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Embedded Solutions Using Embedded C And C++ To Ensure Robust Product/Project Delivery And Sustenance Through Effective Team Collaboration.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Embedded C And Rtos, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders.
3. Ensure The Integration Of Cutting-Edge Technologies And Methodologies, Continuously Upgrading Knowledge To Maintain Relevance In Embedded Systems Development That Meets Quality Standards And Client Expectations.
4. Mentor And Train Team Members In Embedded C And Rtos, Ensuring A Skilled Workforce Capable Of Mitigating Delivery Risks And Enhancing Project Execution.
5. Gather Client Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On Comprehensive Domain Knowledge And Technical Understanding, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.
6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables For Adherence To Technical Requirements And Quality Benchmarks, Providing Constructive Feedback For Improvement.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Leveraging Industry Best Practices In Embedded System Design And Development, Promoting Efficiency And Innovation.Skill Requirements
