Help us deliver a high-quality, personal post-sales experience; lay a solid foundation to ensure the success of our Enterprise accounts, maximize their satisfaction and retain them.
An CSM is primarily responsible for a portfolio of existing clients. He/she is responsible for the retention of contracts and profitability with these existing clients as well as expanding the relationship with them by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products).
CSM can be allocated to different segments such as key accounts.
Based on segment specificities, may be focusing on maintaining the relationship with clients exclusively via telephone or on the field.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in client relationship management (large company) or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent Spanish and English (oral and written)
