Business Consultant

Location: Full onsite in Bangalore, India

What You’ll Do 

• Work on actual client engagements, contributing as a consultant or project coordinator based on your skills and background. 
  
• Support project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. 
  

• Assist in writing proposals and preparing client presentations to support business growth. 
  
• Participate in client discovery sessions, helping to identify their needs and craft tailored solutions. 
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the countries and key industries where we operate, and support the development of competitive strategies.  
  

• Identify and recommend opportunities to develop new or streamline internal processes and enhance operational efficiency. 
  

• Collaborate with various teams to implement and measure process improvements. 
  

Business Strategy Development: 

• Assist in creating business plans, performance reports, and growth strategies. 
  

• Provide insights to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. 
  

Marketing Campaigns: 

• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives. 
  

• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. 
  

Team Collaboration: 

• Work closely with various departments to understand workflows and challenges. 
  

• Support leadership in decision-making and operational oversight. 
  

Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  

• Represent the organization in meetings and presentations as needed. 
  

Requirements

Requirements 

• We are looking for fresh MBA graduates or students in their final semester (awaiting graduation), specializing in Business, Management, Operations or a related field—preferably from a top-tier institution.
  
• ​Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  

• Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively. 
  

Qualifications 

• High level of initiative and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Knowledgeable of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to adapt approaches to suit project needs.  Relevant certifications are preferred. 
  

• Experience with project management tools, and awareness of cloud technologies, and analytics/AI/ML platforms. 
  

• Relevant prior work experience, particularly in the technology consulting field.
