The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and monitor module-wise cadre requirements against budgeted levels to ensure smooth operations. 
• Take necessary action to fulfill manpower requirements effectively and in a timely manner. 
• Update ER reports, books, charts, and SAP systems with accurate LTO and absenteeism data.
• Share updated reports with relevant stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly, or on-request basis. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Fully or partially completed degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant field. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Good IT literacy.
