IntroductionWe are looking for a skilled (Senior) Product QA Specialist to join our global quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the product quality of Trip in the Taiwan market. Your primary focus will be identifying user experience issues, competitor gaps, and collaborating cross-functionally to address user pain points.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Plan and execute regular product quality tests and in-depth competitor analysis to identify product quality issues and gaps relative to competitors.
- Conduct local UX research to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and challenges specific to the Taiwan market.
- Leverage data analysis skills to monitor and interpret product quality metrics and user behavior data, providing HQ with a comprehensive understanding of Taiwan users' preferences and pain points.
- Identify the root causes of user pain points from a local perspective and provide actionable insights to address them effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user pain points and improve overall product quality, while tracking progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, UX Research, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in user experience, operations, product management, quality assurance, or a related role within the online e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to deliver reports on time.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data analysis; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and platforms is a plus.
