Role Main Purpose:
The Content strategy & publishing is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive content & publishing strategies across multiple digital platforms. This role involves managing working closely with other departments to ensure that content published aligns with the overall digital goals and resonates with the target audience.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content strategies align with broader business objectives.
- Analyze content performance data and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing to keep strategies current and effective.
- Conduct periodical sessions with content teams aligning them on the latest content trends.
- Develop content guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Develop new audiences through identify new content creators and publishers to increase our reach
- Identify opportunities for creative community management
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Oversee content planning and distribution across various channels including websites, & social media.
- Build & manage and mentor a team of publishers, identify potential content strategists & provide guidance and support in their professional development.

Education & Experiences:
- 7 - 9 years of experience in sports/entertainment content creation and content strategy.
- Proven track record of managing large teams operating in the sports digital content landscape with local, regional, International IPs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
- Familiarity with data driven approaches to guide content strategy development
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, Business, or a related field is a plus.
