What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and maintain software tools for the technical writing group.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tool issues.
• Develop and execute automated tests.
• Collaborate with writers and engineers to gather requirements.
• Document code and processes for users.
• Support users with technical guidance and problem resolution.
