Mobile Networks: Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Our Business Group is a leader in FEMTO E2E networks and associated services in Europe. 

We have a strong 5G FEMTO portfolio and are a front runner in virtualized and cloud FEMTO networks deploying the smart node 5G solution in all our customer who modernize to latest technology.

Our stream is MN RBC FEMTO stream and includes FEMTO E2E experts, FEMTO Technical Managers and FEMTO mobile access design and optimisation engineers. We focus to European customers in order to deliver new deployments, modernisations, network design, optimization and planning, HW configurations, technical management, acceptance testing and troubleshooting of E2E FEMTO solution.​ Nokia people share a culture that values openness, fearlessness, and empowerment, these are the essentials of working at Nokia. What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

  • Deal with FEMTO multi BG projects 
  • Deploy E2E FEMTO solution design and parameters
  • Support the implementation of FEMTO trials and PoCs form design point of view  
  • Lead the E2E customer design for FEMTO solution 
  • Be the technical interface for an E2E FEMTO project form design point of view. 
  • Create HLD/LLD, perform workshops with customers   

Your skills and experience

 You have:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant FEMTO domain experience, demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment. 
  • Good Knowledge & proven experience in FEMTO Cloud technology (SmartNode, cOAM, cFCM, cHDM, FGW)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • IP competencies E2E  

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Competence in IP routing (IP routes, netmask, VLAN, IP plan)
  • Competence in Linux environment

This is expected to be a JG 9-10 position. Full job levelling assessment will be undertaken by Nokia, and final position grades will be confirmed in due time.
