You will be part of the Business Operations Unit within Digital Office which provides Business Support, Management and Governance across Digital Office. This team is also the interface into Nokia corporate organizations, helping to ensure the agenda and goals of the Digital Office are fully enabled.
You will be part of the Project Management Processes and Tools (PMPT) team responsible for owning and maintaining the E2E Project Management Processes, Tools, Reporting and Practices in alignment with the DO Units.
As part of the team, you will:
- Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to understand and document business needs within the scope of the demand/project management processes, practices, and tooling
- Leveraging your ServiceNow technical knowledge/coding, Consult with Service Now technical resources to propose, define and characterize solution options
- Develop, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft stack services including PowerApps, Power BI, Data Factory and SQL Server objects.
- Proactively support user community with answers and solutions to questions and incidents
- Identify areas within Demand/Project where data analytics can be further utilized.
- Identify gaps in data collection to support governance and portfolio management-related analysis and propose improvements.
- Conceptualize, design, and create automations supporting Governance and Project Portfolio Management processes/flows, resulting in less manual work, additional simplifications to the Governance Model and more up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain online ServiceNow modules and reports that enable people and organizations to improve decision-making and better support fact-based discussions.
- Acts as a specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource and / or is recognized as an expert within the same professional area in the business.
- Basic understanding of the ecosystem, knows industry, market and technology and their evolutions and trends outside of Nokia that could help their stakeholder function improve their performance.
- Contributes to implementation, execution and iteration of the strategy through mode of operation, ensuring the alignment with the execution plans and capability roadmaps.
- In own working area collects and analyses business / stakeholder needs to identify the content, processes and tools needed for supporting efficient end-to-end business operations.
- Strong ability to use both analytical skills as well seeing the big picture, to translate development and / or innovation needs.
- In own working area contributes to IT processes, methods and metrics implementation, and monitors process and-related tool performance. Works closely together with relevant stakeholders.
- Contributes to communication of the strategy across IT and its execution to stakeholders.
You have:
- Two or more years of experience as a Service Now developer (Demand and Project Management Module experience preferred)
- Two or more years of experience in Data analytics / reporting
- BSc. Computer Science, Engineering, or similar from an accredited college/university is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Data Factory and SQL.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills.
- Understanding of IT Management methods, tools, principles, Project Management Methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A self-starter attitude with a keen interest in learning new technology.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Apptio One Plus
- Knowledge of Data Modelling
