Quality Coordinator - Bilingual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

(may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

· Transmit Teleperformance values through leading by example

· Control the execution of the different initiatives under the scope of QMS area: TOPS, ATAC, BEST,

TCD and QMS.

· Develop direct reports and potential Operational leaders

· Elaborate and follow up on strategies and action plans at a project and/or LOB level

· Report fraudulent activities such as but not limited: illegal transactions, inappropriate changes,

released calls and login-logout.

· Investigate Top Call Drivers and suggest action plans by collecting, analyzing and summarizing

information.

· Define appropriate templates, forms and tools to execute TOPS and BEST QA by Operations and

Quality teams.

· Participate as POC for internal and external clients by presenting analysis and suggesting action

plans.
