About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive end-to-end execution of our most critical platform programs.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, Finance, and Operations, owning everything from program strategy to post-launch optimization. Your work will directly shape the seller and buyer experience at scale—ensuring every transaction on our platform is fast, fair, and frictionless.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love solving high-impact operational puzzles, and care deeply about customer trust, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own and Scale Marketplace Operations Across the Collector Ecosystem
- Take ownership of key systems, programs, and processes that power the collector experience—spanning buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
- Be the operational voice in product development—ensuring what we build works at scale for collectors and internal teams alike.
- Continuously improve the systems that support end-to-end marketplace health—from transaction quality to financial accuracy to support readiness.
Bridge Strategy with Execution
- Drive clarity across teams by maintaining program plans, stakeholder maps, and decision logs.
- Ensure Finance, Legal, and Support are engaged early and stay aligned throughout each program lifecycle.
- Represent Operations in product planning discussions to make sure we build what scales.
Launch with Confidence
- Lead rollouts end-to-end, including training, support documentation, internal comms, and external messaging.
- Establish clear policies and operational protocols for each program launch.
- Identify and mitigate potential failure points before they impact the user experience.
Monitor, Optimize, Repeat
- Track program KPIs—CSAT, payout failures, resolution times, issue volume, and usage metrics.
- Build structured feedback loops with CX, Support, and users to inform future improvements.
- Work with Product and Ops to prioritize optimizations based on impact.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in program management, business operations, or marketplace enablement
- Experience with payouts, risk management, or operational finance a strong plus
- Strong familiarity with ecommerce and/or consumer marketplace ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder communication, with the ability to influence without authority
