The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Treasury Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing and leading day-to-day operations within Treasury Operations India, including team management of two or more direct reports.
  • Supporting treasury operation’s global bank administration process by establishing and monitoring the global bank account management landscape, including signatories and banking products.
  • Continuously striving for simplification and automation of operational tasks including integration with bank partners where possible.
  • Measuring and driving SLAs of banking partners, monitoring performance to ensure minimum service level adherence, and publishing SLAs at a regular frequency.
  • Developing and maintaining operational processes through documentation updates and cross-training.
  • Performing bank account maintenance including account openings, closings, and changes associated with services or authorised persons.
  • Providing analytical support to the Treasury team for global controls processes and initiatives.
  • Performing ad-hoc analytical projects to support the Senior Treasury Analyst and other Treasury team members.
  • Liaising with IT and supporting testing and rollout of new software applications and upgrades.
  • Documenting complex technical flows and integration for team reference.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Executing bank documentation processes for account opening, modification, closure, and services setup.
  • Coordinating with Treasury, Legal, and Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services requests.
  • Performing periodic reconciliation of account data in centralised tools/databases with external banking partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a repository of documentation requirements for various service setups with banking partners.
  • Coordinating with Tax & Legal teams on Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
  • Driving process improvements and simplification initiatives.
  • Driving and maintaining global metrics and process documentation.
  • Working with the Global Capital & Funding Team in areas such as Liquidity Management, Debt Management, Interest Controls, and Risk Management (Counterparty, FX, and interest rate hedging).
  • Conducting variance analysis to explain changes in cash flow, interest, etc.
  • Supporting SOX and compliance queries and requirements.
  • Handling escalations (complex and non-standard) related to user and bank account management processes.
  • Performing user entitlement updates in banking portals.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or statistics from an accredited institution.
  • Over 7 years of total work experience, with at least 3–4 years of relevant experience in Treasury.

Additional skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in problem-solving, financial modelling, data analytics, and data management.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, persuasive and assertive communication, adaptability, optimism, innovation, collaboration, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in documentation and process flows (MS Visio / PowerPoint).
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Effective time management.
