About Our Team
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in November / December 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
- From December 2025 - February 2026 (onboard by 15 Dec 2025)
Responsibilities:
1. Being responsible for TikTok LIVE Revenue & Campaign Product, responsible for overall user experience for respective category domains and different user cases, providing tailored solutions to respective categories, contributing to improving User Experience and Revenue Growth.
2. Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities, supporting the design and implementation of product solutions.
3. Help drive improvements in user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention by assisting with product planning and collaborating on operational initiatives.
4. Understanding of the industry ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, and users, to help streamline product offerings, and build trust for better business growth.
