TikTok SMB Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small, medium, and mid-market businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the SMB Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. Responsibilities
-Build marketing campaigns and initiatives thorough innovative strategies, education. Craft joint integrated marketing plans (webinars, events, web, social, email and more), insight-driven toolkits, campaigns, narratives, pitch packages, and verticalized content / strategies.
-Develop and maintain launch calendars to deliver KPIs for priority products on time and on budget, highlighting barriers and opportunities along the way.
-Track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results.
-Share best practices, collaborate with regional counterparts, and contribute to broader team initiatives for full-funnel success across leads, new revenue and incremental revenue.
