Big Data Engineer Project Intern (Global Monetization Product and Technology) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction
The R&D team is responsible for the platform development of TikTok and its affiliated companies, dedicated to building advanced and user-friendly infrastructure platforms to enhance the efficiency and satisfaction of internal R&D staff when using the infrastructure. Our products include a Cloud Platform, PaaS Platform, FaaS Platform, Gateway Platform, Middleware Platform, Storage Platform, Site builder Platform, etc.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
· Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
· Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
· Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
· Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
