Escort / Coordinate with caterers for setup / tear down

Oversee the use of the coffee machine (including top up of coffee beans / milk and washing coffee machine)

Offering drinks & pastries to partners during lunch / tea break

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

Able to work for the full duration between 19 - 21 August, 8.30am to 7pm
