Job Title: SAP Test Automation Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are looking for a SAP Test Manager with 9-12 years of experience in Software Testing, Automation Testing and a minimum of 6+ years of experience/exposure in any major SAP module such as FI, SD or MM. The candidate should have hands-on experience on any automation tool (low code/high code) preferably Tosca, strong hold on testing concepts and ability to guide and lead a team of automation testers. Additionally, the candidate should also have strong communication skills and the ability to manage testing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Automation and ROI estimations
2. Creating scripts in Tosca and supporting and guiding the team in queries
3. Plan, strategize and guide the team in achieving the deliverables within the time frames.
4. Track and report test progress, defects, and risks to the clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 9-12 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing
2. 6+ years of experience in SAP (FI or SD or MM)
3. Experienced in automation in Tosca
4. Strong stakeholder communication skills.
5. Experience in usage of Test Management & Project Management tools like SAP Cloud ALM, JIRA/Azure DevOps.
