We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Lead to join our Everyday Banking Product team. This is a newly created role with a great opportunity to become a thought leader for the portfolio & segments, both at BNZ and in market.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Lead key activity across the end-to-end value chain; specialist support for key enterprise initiatives by working cohesively with enterprise stakeholders and delivery partners
- Give clarity, make key enterprise decisions, influence outcomes to ensure strategies are aligned with CP&S priorities for customers and colleagues
- Lead enterprise programs ensuring alignment to BNZ strategic ambition
- Thought leadership to maximise performance, including design discovery for product and product system
- Cohesive leadership and enterprise decision making in programs to influence enterprise outcomes in line with the strategic direction
