What you'll do…

  • Familiar with Ford release process.
  • Ability to interface with interdisciplinary teams to manage time lines for RF certification that meet Ford’s delivery commitments. 
  • Technical acumen, Electrical Engineering degree preferred or equivalent technical background.
  • Preferred to have some knowledge of Radio Frequency Certification
  • Ability to manage and maintain a large data base
  • Strong computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to chair meetings and accurately summarize outcome
  • Team player with strong interface skills
  • Project management proficiency 

You'll have…

  • Associate Degree
  • RF Certificatin Experience
  • Proficient with MS office
  • Project Manager Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in RF compliance, product certification, or regulatory affairs (preferably in consumer electronics, automotive, IoT, or telecom sectors).
  • Familiarity with RF certification standards (FCC, CE/RED, IC, etc.) and testing procedures.
  • Experience working with test labs and certification bodies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance databases or document control systems is a plus.

Even better, you may have…

  • Understanding of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, and 5G.
  • Experience with SAR, EMC, or RF exposure testing.
  • Regulatory compliance certifications (e.g., iNARTE, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are a plus.
