Relationship Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.                              
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating  corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target  through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquencyJob Requirements:Comfortable with using MS Word and MS ExcelGood Communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrable team management skillsAbility to collaborate, delegate and motivateEducational Qualifications:Should be graduate and aboveWork Experience:Minimum work experience of 3 yearsExposure in similar industry would be preferableExposure to secured lending asset products viz.
