Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Team Leader with a strong background in managing large teams and delivering complex Business Intelligence (BI) projects. This role requires a structured project management approach and hands-on experience in IT BI development using SCRUM methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a BI development team of at least 10 members.
• Oversee large-scale data initiatives with a structured methodology (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high standards of planning and organisation.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
• Drive technical excellence and innovation in BI solutions.

Requirements for the role

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager in large BI projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in SCRUM and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English.
