Implementation Manager (APS)

• 12-15 years experience in project management, rollout and management of out-of-the-  box solutions globally.
• Project/Program training and certifications (PMI/SAFe 5.0/Prince II, PMP).
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of their team, products' objectives
• Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining professional relationships
• Manage the whole change Management Process 
• Identify organizational needs for new software or technology that will help with efficiency and/or performance.
Proactively identify and deliver on growth opportunities within assigned accounts
• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• The ability to identify areas for improvement - reduce implementation efforts, maximize revenue and GM
• A self-starter with demonstrated commercial acumen
• Strong understanding of effective measurement of revenue and cost involved
• Synchronize project team members with customer expectations for optimal client deliveries
• Employ agile methodologies to achieve industry-leading project delivery schedules while maintaining ongoing customer engagement and excitement
• Hands-on experience in tracking to plans and escalating at right time to right people internally as well as externally
