Develop and implement QA/QC strategies and initiatives for MEP activities across all real estate projects
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes throughout the project lifecycle
Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and drive solutions
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records
Participate in project meetings, reviews, and discussions to provide quality-related insights and recommendations
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance the QA/QC processes
Drive a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement within the organization

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
Demonstrated expertise in QA/QC processes, specifically related to MEP activities
Proven track record of successfully managing QA/QC functions in complex projects
