Manager - Business Analyst

Lead and manage a team of business analysts to support Real Estate projects and initiatives

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the Real Estate sector

Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for analysis

Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic planning

Monitor and evaluate project performance against KPIs and business objectives

Identify process improvements and drive efficiency within the Real Estate division

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)

Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis

Proven track record in the Real Estate industry

Demonstrated experience in market analysis and financial modeling
