- Lead a team of 6-7 Finance professionals to support the Network Infrastructure expansion for Meta’s Infrastructure group. Network infrastructure refers to Data Center networks, terrestrial & subsea fiber, and the Edge Network required to enable Infrastructure operations
- Ensure that both Financial operations(e.g. Close) and short (e.g. current year forecast) & long term Planning (e.g. Long Range Plan) activities for Network Infra are executed effectively
- Ensure expense trends(Capex, Opex, Payroll) are well understood via regular reporting and analysis and develop accurate forecasts to drive accountability and to inform investor guidance
- Partner with Network Planning & Engineering teams to build financial models for existing businesses and new bets
- Work closely with the sourcing organization to ensure network hardware is available for deployment on a timely basis while minimizing inventory and mitigating any supply chain issues
- Present analyses to stakeholders across Product, Business, and Finance
- Own end-to-end partnerships with a range of Product and/or Business leaders
- Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, investments, product roadmaps, and operations
- Influence business direction through strategic thinking and communications
- Provide strategic thinking, build connections and influence stakeholders through effective communication, analytical skills, and a bias towards action
- 12+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, or a related function
- Experience attracting and developing talent and interest for building and leading teams with broad range of experiences
- Bachelor's Degree
- Adept at building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure finance
- Experience in synthesizing strategic business insights and problem solving
- Experience working in a complex, deadline-focused environment
- Experience managing large data sets and working with analytics tools and turning them into insightful business recommendations
