Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA, is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations such as ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Unpack incoming equipment and perform thorough inventory checks for accuracy and missing components.
- Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues; perform clean OS reimaging as needed.
- Complete detailed receiving checklists, including log collection and proper documentation.
- Assist with preparing and packing equipment for outbound shipments.
- Coordinate and support freight pickup logistics.
- Contribute to new hardware assembly and configuration.
- Provide backup support as a warehouse assistant and forklift operator when necessary.
- License/Certification: Driver's License.
- Ability to Commute: Reno, NV 89519.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of lifting 75 pounds or more.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or technical setting.
- Position includes a 60-day probationary period.
