Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA, is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations such as ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack incoming equipment and perform thorough inventory checks for accuracy and missing components.
• Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues; perform clean OS reimaging as needed.
• Complete detailed receiving checklists, including log collection and proper documentation.
• Assist with preparing and packing equipment for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate and support freight pickup logistics.
• Contribute to new hardware assembly and configuration.
• Provide backup support as a warehouse assistant and forklift operator when necessary.
• License/Certification: Driver's License.
• Ability to Commute: Reno, NV 89519.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of lifting 75 pounds or more.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or technical setting.
• Position includes a 60-day probationary period.

Requirements Salary Description $17-$20/hour
