MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Monitor and track store expenses, revenues, and variances
  • Ensure accurate recording of vendor invoices and timely processing of payments
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Retail, HR, Procurement, etc.) to ensure financial accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions when needed

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in retail or luxury sector
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Fluency in English, additional language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
