With a culture that values ownership, innovation, and execution, they’re now looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead backend operations and ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and at the highest quality.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a hands-on, highly organized operator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the business, from managing suppliers and tracking inventory to aligning cross-functional teams and solving operational bottlenecks before they arise. You’ll work closely with the founder, department leads, and external partners to ensure operational excellence across the board.

Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure team alignment and task execution

- Manage the supply chain lifecycle - procurement, production timelines, shipments, restocks, inventory tracking

- Coordinate with departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to ensure seamless handoffs

- Optimize workflows by building SOPs and scalable systems

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; provide weekly and monthly reports

- Communicate with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure quality and timeliness

- Proactively identify and resolve operational risks and inefficiencies

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in operations or supply chain management (preferably in e-commerce or DTC)

- Proven ability to manage suppliers, logistics, and international 3PL partners

- Strong project management skills; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams

- Excellent English communication - both written and verbal

- High attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills

- Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets, and Shopify

Nice-to-Have

- Experience scaling DTC eCommerce brands

- Knowledge of inventory planning or demand forecasting

- Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable)

- Basic understanding of unit economics and profitability models
