Our client building a smart, fast, and adaptable in-house Talent Acquisition function to match their business scale-up.
They are in search looking for someone who’s ready to grow — whether you’re coming in with sourcing experience or already handling full-cycle recruitment. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful business roles, connect directly with hiring managers, and receive support from a responsive HR team that values structure and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of non-tech roles in fintech sector
- Draft and post job descriptions, adapting them to market specifics and business needs
- Manage initial candidate communication and guide them through early stages of the process
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth next steps
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and expectations
- Keep our ATS and internal trackers up to date
- Help maintain a great candidate experience, even during high-volume periods
- Support recruitment reporting and market research when needed
- Gain insight into our internal recruitment policies and procedures and play an active role in maintaining and improving them.
What We’re Looking For- At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience (in-house preferred)
- Experience with FinTech or financial sector vacancies is preferred
- Strong attention to detail in communication, scheduling, and documentation
- Clear, confident communicator (English – Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Comfortable handling multiple roles and shifting deadlines
- Eager to grow into (or deepen) a full-cycle recruitment role
- Proactive, responsible, and unafraid to ask questions or propose improvements
