With ambitious growth plans in motion, we’re looking for an HR Executive to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment, onboarding, and documentation to training coordination and offboarding. The HR Executive will provide consistent, high-quality administrative support while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across induction, remuneration, probation, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist candidates in obtaining their work permits, residence cards, and renewals.
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including all administrative requirements.
- Maintain the HR System and ensure that Employee Personal Files are accurately updated.
- Draft contracts and agreements as required by the Company.
- Coordinate with the Finance team on monthly payroll changes, ensuring timely and accurate updates to the HR System
- Create and issue HR-related reports and data as requested.
- Act as a point of contact and intermediary for all employees and management, offering guidance and support on HR matters.
- Coordinate training sessions and staff development initiatives.
- Provide support with paperwork for HR-related letters and other employee relations matters.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR Department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Serve as a reference point for matters related to Employment Law and ensure alignment with legal requirements.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time according to the Company’s exigencies.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Sound knowledge of local Employment Law and HR compliance practices.
- Proven experience handling work permit applications and renewals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a proactive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and resourceful, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth setting, while remaining calm and people-focused.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in the gaming or technology sector.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
