As an Operational Planning Expert you will be supporting Operational Planning Manager to bring the right visibility to the planning process and identifying possible bottlenecks in the supply chain and action upon them. In this role you will be responsible for analysis on main VLC projects, building and understanding drivers of warehouse projections and support on LCP Management for BU Central.

What will you be doing:

· Processing of information from multiple streams, analysis, connecting dots and recommendation for a solution in line with business priorities (scenario-based)

· Identifying and analyzing structural root causes for main logistics pain-points on defined time horizon of 16 weeks, as well as building structural solutions to mitigate and align with relevant business stakeholders

· Ensuring compliance with SCP standards, LCP program, AB InBev policies and SLAs as well as compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements

· Consulting Process Lead and his/her/them team on planning process and solutions of the upcoming supply chain bottlenecks (within agreed scope of time and function)

· Preparing and presenting executive summaries to Senior Leadership

· Cooperating with operational Logistics teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

· Building and maintaining appropriate relationship related internal stakeholders as well as with third parties

· Building appropriate relationship with centralized/Zone teams

· Aligning agenda and projects with stakeholders

What you will bring:

· 2 years minimum in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Planning environment.

· Experience as Excel user (Pivot Tables, Macros, V LookUp), knowledge of SAP or other ERP applications

· Stress resilient and good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Team player with the ability to work in an autonomous way

· Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders across different departments (externally and internally)

· Fluency in English, German language is a plus
