(Safety) Regulatory Affairs Officer ✈️

We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our Safety & Compliance Monitoring team. This is your chance to step into the dynamic world of airline operations and learn first-hand how compliance and safety shape everything we do.

How will it be to work with us?

In this role, you’ll become a key player in keeping our flights safe and our processes compliant with European aviation standards. From supporting occurrence reporting (yes, that’s EU 376/2014 for the aviation geeks out there) to helping follow up on ramp inspections (SACA, SAFA, SANA), your work will make a real impact on our operations:

- Make safety visible: Help report operational occurrences to Civil Aviation Authorities and ensure everything is aligned with EU regulations.

- Be part of inspections: Support the follow-up of ramp inspections—collecting documentation, compiling responses, and learning how findings turn into improvements.

-Turn data into action: Assist in root cause analysis of inspection findings and help shape corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

-Connect the dots: Collaborate with Flight Operations, Cabin Crew, Maintenance, and Ground Operations to ensure everyone is on the same page.

-Keep us organized: Maintain clear, accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications—because compliance loves order.

- Grow as a compliance professional: Participate in improving our internal procedures, reporting tools, and ways of working.

What will make you succeed in this position:

-A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or similar.

-Curiosity and a basic understanding of European aviation regulations (EU 376/2014, EASA Part-ORO…).

-Any prior experience or internship in safety, compliance, or airline operations is a plus—but if you’re motivated and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

-Strong communication skills in English (bonus points for Spanish, French, or Italian).

-An organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset—because in safety and compliance, teamwork is everything.
