HILLS Properties is seeking a passionate and dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team as a Business Manager at our luxury apartment community, Island Club, in Maineville, Ohio!


This is a full-time, hourly position. Some weekends required.


The Business Manager position combines the typical duties of a Leasing Consultant and mixes in additional personnel and business operation duties which will be exciting to a leasing professional who is looking for growth!


Your duties will include:

  • Recruiting, training, motivating, and supervising leasing consultants while performing all required leasing activities.
  • Greeting, assisting, and leasing luxury apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
  • Ensuring appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing
  • Responsibility for processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperwork
  • Post monthly rent and accounts receivable
  • Perform initial coding of accounts payable invoices within accounts payable software
  • Creating all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
  • Assisting Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
