Join our team as an IT Supervisor at the Goodhue, MN location, where you'll oversee daily operations of the IT department, ensuring tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time. This role requires a proactive problem-solver, with strong technical skills, who is passionate about delivering excellent IT service while fostering a strong, collaborative team.

Requirements

As a full-time IT Supervisor, you can expect to:

Manage and prioritize IT tasks and projects
Supervise and support two IT staff members
Have a hands-on-approach in day-to-day operations and handle complex escalations, perform team members' responsibilities in their absence or to balance workload, and provide occasional after-hours support when necessary
Monitor systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Occasional local travel to other locations during the workday, as needed.

Qualifications:

Honest, dependable, and accountable, with a strong work ethic and committed to integrity in all aspects of work and leadership
Education or certifications in IT or a minimum of 5+ years of IT experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and information security
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Must be over age 18, speak English, and eligible to work in the United States.

The starting pay range for this salaried position is $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on your job-related skills and experience.
