Market Development Senior Manager

Summary:

This role is responsible for developing the successful execution of the market development strategy to ensure that it is aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability.

Essential Functions:

• Strategic leader in the execution of the market development plans consistent with divisions goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Subject matter expert in assigned market. Analyze market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify and understand growth opportunities within the competitive landscape.
• Liaison with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful execution of market strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners.
• Oversee market performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of industrial product marketing or technical sales experience.
• Experience with performance metrics, analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
