Swing Driver

Description

Recycling Services of Florida is looking for experienced and safety-focused CDL Class A drivers to join our dedicated team. We provide essential waste and recycling services across the state and are seeking reliable drivers who are ready to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. 

Position Overview

As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll operate a variety of heavy-duty diesel trucks, including:

• Rear-End Loaders
• Roll-Off Trucks
• Tractors
• Box Trucks

Your Daily Duties Will Include:

• Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Completing and turning in daily DVIR reports, signed by both driver and mechanic
• Operating trucks with camera systems for added safety
• Safely navigating traffic and servicing customer locations
• Dumping containers efficiently and professionally
• Running multiple truck types per day when necessary

Requirements

• Class A CDL (required)
• At least 1 year of experience with tractor trailers or roll-off trucks
• Ability to work in hot weather and a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime and extended shifts as needed
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service
