Position summary:
To assist in achieving the company’s strategic objective by following and innovating company systems and processes. Support, maintain, and optimize hardware infrastructure by diagnosing, repairing, and deploying computer systems, and network equipment. Ensure the reliability and performance of our on-site hardware to meet the company’s objectives for productivity, uptime, and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up accounts and account settings for new employees, including but not limited to NetSuite, Google, LastPass, and Jive.
- Set up phones for new employees.
- Set up workstations for new employees.
- Assemble operations manuals for use by new staff members.
- Keep phone directories current with existing extensions as requested.
- Manage phone numbers and extensions.
- Manage account removal and data transferal for terminated employees.
- Assist staff and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise.
- Order and maintain inventory of technical equipment and devices.
- Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately.
- Ensure that an overall supply for new employee setup is maintained at 5% of current employees.
- Responsible for the following IT Ticket Categories: Employee Setup, Employee Termination, Hardware Issues, Software Issues (Jive or phone related), Request for Research (when relevant to job tasks), Other Tasks (when relevant to job tasks).
- Schedule and execute phone restarts on Monday mornings following the hiring or termination of employees who have/had phones.

- Perform all work to company policies, procedures and system standards to meet the IT Department strategic objective and the company's strategic objective.
- Follow dress code at all times per company policy.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Google Drive/Microsoft systems
- High school education, college preferred
- Proficient in relevant computer hardware
- Proficient in setting up computers
